Urgent: website revamp

We have a website (which has a forum) for a magazine that needs to be revamped; the site is about five years old (between 15-20 pages) so it needs to be revamped to be more young, funky, contemporary and relevant. Majority of the pages will need either new or updated content or images and will need to have a fresher look...We also need the site to be converted into a CMS site using one of those free CMS software (joomla etc)so we can update ourselves…...We like: [login to view URL] but our site is not and will not have as many pages or be as busy as this...…it is the concept we like, design and use of colours but note our site has its own look and we’d like this new look revamped....please email with samples; bids without samples will not be entertained. Please note we have a very small budget so we'd prefer no bids above $150 please...If your bid and sample looks interesting, I will email a URL to the site in question so you can see what needs to be done and if you’re up for the challenge.
