208935 Website Design/Update

This project will be to redesign raiseandfold.com. There may be some cloning that can be done, and items to be rewritten and images added in place of the cloned site. This should be a relatively easy job with someone that does web design or a webmaster. I want to be able to make changes to the pages after the project has been completed and the pages should be made so I can update them in Front Page. I am not looking for a hollywood 5 star website, and I am not looking for a run of the mill site either. I am looking for quick loading pages that are easy to manuever and easy on the eyes. When you bid, do not bid if you are going to say X$ for the front page and then X$ for each additional page. I am looking for ONE PRICE does all deal and nothing more. I will not pay anything up front or when it is 1/2 completed. I will pay when it is totally completed and nothing sooner. If you bid and get chosen, those are the terms. I also want someone that speaks fluent english and that interacts via AOL, MSN or Yahoo messenger. You must be able to communicate with me between the hours of 7PM and 1AM Eastern time. Good communication is a key and a must. I want to work hand in hand with the person I choose. I can be tough to work with as I am picky and like to make changes on the fly as things progress.
