Flash work - Need water ripples effect in photo with water

I have a compilation photo that we put together of a guy walking on water and we need a water ripple effect under his feet in the water. Something nice and subtle...nothing too crazy. Do you have samples of anything similar or can you show a quick mock version? We need this in the next couple of days! We will provide the photo that you will use to add the ripple effect to along with the exact pixel size so it fits in a designated spot on a web page. Final file should be in flash unless you have another option that will work better. We have a $25 budget limit for this.
