Funding for Licensed Concept and PPA

Hi my name is Mannie Ramses and I had this great idea for a rechargeable Key Fob because I was very frustrated with having to change my batteries on my existing one. Well long story short I already have a experienced professional who can start illustrating the concepts on paper so that we can build a prototype, however I need funding to obtain Licensing and submit a Provisional Patent Appplication or what is known as a (PPA) Yes my goal is to sell my Licensing Idea and gain Royalties. But I need start up capital to protect the idea, license it, and put the concept idea onto a sell sheet to pitch to Automotive Companies such as Honda, Ford, etc.. I'm seeking no more than $5000 start up investment to get this Licensing Concept started so I can start designing my concept with Protection and Professional help to negotiate royalties after I'm done designing the Rechargable Key Fob. Please understand that I am trying to build a concept idea, then license the concept with a professional company and sell the licensing for my idea and gain royalties. For investing in my project we can either arrange return investment or percentage of royalties? Yes, it's called selling an idea. And that's why I am doing here, but I need help getting it off the ground.
