ESRI ArcGIS Pro 2.8, ModelBuilder, and Arc Online 3D applications

Several members of my staff, including me, are armature ArcGIS users. We only know Arc 10.8, but we want to learn the most recent Arc Pro 2.8. We would like to be able to create 3D data extrusions and then post those to to windows within client websites as an interactive 3D window. I understand you can post 3D scenes to ArcGIS Online, but I am not sure if that is portable to client websites or not. We are interested in using an ArcGIS Earth API (Google Earth equivalent), as a way to create such windows within any random website, but we also don't know how to do that. Below is an article where, near the bottom, there is a 3d interactive window that shows exactly the type of thing we want your help with. We could hire you to do this work for us (if you're affordable), but we'd also want you to help train us. Or you could just train us. Mainly hoping for someone who has several years experience using ArcPro 2.x, speaks English well enough for us to understand, and they are good an 3D and at helping us learn how to use Arc Online.
