Job Brief:- We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. He/She will be in charge of our digital marketing initiatives by using new media and digital tools. He/she will be expected to effectively use all marketing tools and techniques like PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising and others to provide solutions for our clients as well as to cater to needs within our organization. Responsibilities :- · Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals · Optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram ,and others. · Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports · Website development (WordPress Theme based) · Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion · Devise Strategy and Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s) (on-page, Off page & technical seo) · Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability · Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels · Local SEO ( efficient in handling GMB profile of the business) · Monitor ROI and KPIs and stay up-to-date with digital media developments · Other Official work. Requirements :- · WordPress skill ( knowledge of Divi theme) · Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns · Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate · Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels · Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) · Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns
