Chalkboard background banner ad---like a butcher shop chalk board--Specials

We need a banner 975x 250 pixels to fit in on our rotating banner ad on our website. The theme of the banner is going to be a chalkboard background banner with our logo and our grass fed character in chalk. Going off the theme of a chalkboard in a butcher shop. I will attach our logo and character below. We will switch out logo and character every week depending on the special of the week. What we want is something in psd format where we can post a new special every week. For example a 10 lb burger pack for grilling in the summer or 2 pack of stew meat special for the winter. We want a solid foundation to start with then be able to add the weekly specials but in the chalk text you design. We ask you to come up with the design and font that goes well with our site. ok I have attached our logo, and our grass Fred character. I'm am not sure if i just want the head shot in chalk or the full character. I do know I do not want him lifting the weights anymore. I attached this so you could get a feel for our character. our niche market is Paleo enthusiasts which do not eat bread, dairy products or sugar. They mainly just eat grass fed proteins that are not fed any grains ever. Also we cater to the cross-fit crowd who mainly are Paleo enthusiasts as well. That is why grass Fred is lifting weights because we had him created for cross fit flyer. we would like to have grass Fred do something more along the lines of Paleo and not cross fit this time. if you were wondering the tx bar on his chest is our family brand we put on all of our cattle to make sure no one steals them.
