GRAPHIC DESIGNER OR CAD DESIGNER WANTED!

Highly-rated, high-competent provider wanted for the following project: Graphic designer or CAD expert needed to create a two printable PDF 90 degree rulers that covers (4) 8 ½” x 11.0” sheets of paper in landscape. One ruler should be in centimeters and one ruler should be in inches. All measurements should be based on United States classifications for these measurements and all measurements should be exact when printed on a sheet of 8 ½” x 11.0” paper. Ruler should have height marking on the left side of the sheet of 16.0”, which consists of two sheets in landscape mode. Ruler should have width markings on the bottom of the sheet of 21.0”. Please take margins into account when designing the ruler. I will provide markings that need to be noted along the axis of the ruler. Please see attached image for example. Measurement markings on the lower left hand corner should taper together and an angle to prevent overlap. It is permissible to use uncopyrighted printable rulers for this work: [login to view URL] Provider should account for margins on each sheet of paper when designing the layout. We recommend 0.25” margins all the way around. Multiple callouts will be required. Callout may be on one axis (x or y) of both axis (x and y). Callouts will be in the same location for both the metric and inch version of the rulers. There may be some need to add instructions and or further comments.
