PNG to W3C valid CSS and HTML - Ref: UH

Greetings to all freelancers. I'm looking for an expert on converting Fireworks PNG design files to W3C validated HTML+CSS files (div structure, no tables). What I want is a very fast conversion to HTML+CSS from PNG files. Compressed files will include all the files needed; png,jpg,fonts. There are only 2 pages to convert. These pages are in the same PNG file I will provide: ***Fireworks PNG files with layers Fonts Jpegs Deliverable: CSS and HTML files (W3C validated) Cut image files in proper formats like JPEG, PNG and GIF Jquery Slider with files etc. Final deliverable must be viewable properly on any web browser including mobile browsers. The language in the files is Turkish but I don't think that's an issue when creating CSS+HTML I will keep working with the person who satisfies my quality and speed needs. I will award the project fast and expect the delivery next day.
