2 Contact forms 1 simple 1 more complex

2 contact/forms designed to fit the sites I am trying to look like are [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The above places have multiple pages for their forms, I don't want that the design of these are all for a 1 page form that is an application...even though they have it on multiple pages... swift has a nice feature that shows the amount a borrower can get.... that is the big form and that goes to the site [login to view URL] a wordpress site......I don't know how to make them look good and I don't know how to make the one like [login to view URL] the second form is a simple contact form with text and drop downs based off of [login to view URL] and is the same as their email contact form....This site is [login to view URL] I know how to make both of these forms using sites like jot form or contact form 7 but I don't know how to make them look good and I don't know how to make the one like [login to view URL] show up Would you let me know if you can do these 2 forms, Code them so that they display perfectly on all devices CSS design them to fir the site well Tell me how long it will take, and the best cost you can give me... they will both have to send the information to my email address Please provide a detailed proposal
