WORD PRESS BIDDING THEME LAYOUT REDESIGH

i have a wp bidding theme,i will update the script on last version,keep the all old prjects,users,post,data later i will need to change layout design...i will give you sample ones you bid on this project...i need someone who is trustable,who will complate the work..Plus i want to change one single function,after listing project expires,it doesn not show on the chategory,this make site seems empty,i want it show all old project on the chategory list but when you click on it,it must show,its expired etc...
