LOGO & CHARACTER CARTOON DESIGN

Hello , Thanks for reading my project I need to have done a logo of the letters VL and a cartoon design character of some sort...What I need done is something in a small scale the size of a US nickel for both designs...so please make sure the correct format is used these logos will be used on a vaporizer pen similar to the photo I will provide at the bottom here...FYI a VAPORIZER PEN is a pen that is used for smoking wax concentrates or dry flowers so please educate yourself online as to what these items are used for so you can get ideas for the artwork that will be needed? I will also need all picture formats for embroidery t shirts decals stickers iron ons and hats...
