LOGO DESIGN - PROFESSIONAL

i need a sober logo designed for my company. preferable done with apple mac. i need the original file in PSD and 1 converted in JPG . this should have a resolution of 300 - 600 DPI. 1. must "still" look great when resized to 80x80 milimeter 2. must be good in black background with white font color 3. must be professional looking, most of all clean the name of the brand is MINGI LTD. and should have a tiny trademark (TM) sign above the dot or right after the last "I". below MINGI LTD. then the word "by joelen mingi" in small letters. the LTD. can be small or place somewhere inside MINGI or just within the last letter "I". please see sample below (priority lee). any improvement is welcome. if you post your bid please include examples of your work. i need this done ASAP also, this should not take longer than 10 days or be expensive.
