Storm logo

I would like the logo in the attached photo remade. I want one of them to be a NAVY BLUE thick outline and the other to be a WHITE thick outline. These images will become embroidered or screen printed on to jerseys. The final size of the images when printed or embroidered will be approximately 8" x 8". I need both of the logo versions in PDF, JPG, photoshop and BMP formats. So when you are done you will hand me one set of files with a WHITE BORDER and one set of files with a NAVY BLUE border. On the current picture the top got cut off. it simply completes the bolt up there. On the current picture the GREEN border would become a thicker NAVY BLUE on one set and on the other you would just eliminate the green border and make the white one thicker/heavier.
