I'm looking for an original logo and grahic designs for my website business Coollandlords.com. More specifically as follows: 1. Logo and graphic to replace exisiting website header panel. The concept of cool like 50's or 70's cool. Perhaps cartoony, not very serious. Keep it light and fun. 2. For Rent sign using Logo and graphics. This sign is a variation of the classic black and red For Rent sign you see so often in aprtment windows or on telephone poles. We will reproduce it and give it to website users. Keep to 2 or 3 colors as I will be screen printing these signs. 3. Versions of the logo and graphics that I can use for newspaper ads.
