I just want a basic blog that gives me the ability to: Post articles. Easily post images. Is free of 3rd party advertising, and will allow me to put up my own ads. Other than that, I don't need any customizations, so feel free to use an existing template etc. I'm really looking for this to be a three hour project and am willing to pay about $50.

As per your requirements i can complete the blog within 3 hours with interactive UI. i'll be using laravel as a php framework which will make the site load faster and will take care of the security by itself. For frontend i can either make my own design using bootstrap or can use any template. I can also make a dashboard where you can edit or add data to your website.
