Please read the below carefully. only candidates who address the below criteria will be replied to. 1. Recruitment website + referral programs. Please list similar projects you have worked on here 2. must be compatible with smart phones. so shrinks and has nice theme on [login to view URL] tablets, and must work with all browsers. IE9,IE10,,Mozill,chrome,safari,etc.. please prvoide examples 3. site must have a CMS system which we can access and update any time we want. what will you use? 4. Recruitment/company log in :a recruitment agent can log in or register 5 users log in - users can log in or register, also via facebook/linked in 6. job listening - Job listening will be available to the public. 7. which application will you build this site with ? we are looking for some one to write it from scratch and not use any existent CMS 8. Documentation for the application must be provided. 9. 3 months warranty period will also be applied. Development team must support the application for 3 months after going live and fixing all issues. 10. Daily reports must be provided during development/design phase. 11. Code must be commented for us to review and debug 12. milestones - there will be no upfront payment. you will get paid the first milestone, after you have delivered the design, and so on. so please, no upfront milestones bidders. 13. This project is paid in AUD. so please bid with a AUD figure. only serious bidders will be responded too.
