Build a Website on Joomla 2.5

The company's business is related to traditional market research and to data analysis on the web or other digital media (Big Data and/or Data Mining). it is a new website .. the website needs to have following features/ functions 1. It must be made with Joomla 2.5. 2. It must be structured into two areas, one public (the corporate section) and one reserved for individual customers, wich is accessed by password. 3. The reserved area is divided to several client companies, we do not see each other. Each client company can have more access and more passwords for multiple users. 4. Single users of the same company client, can have different access level. 5. Reserved area must be made with joomla extension, not specially compiled from scratch. 6. The documents in the restricted areas can be either textual or multimedia. Must be able to be ranked in the sections (for example, by month, by type, etc..). 7. For text documents, whether they are word processing, but also worksheets or PDF, it must be possible to create a text search in the content. 8. It must be possible to search and apply filters, to date, words in the title and tags. 9. Researches should be carried only the individual restricted areas. A client company can not perform research in other areas dedicated to other client companies 10. After some time, the administrator can archive old files and folders and unpost them. However, they must always be searchable by the customer. 11. New customers and new restricted areas can be created by the administrator; other existing can be removed or hidden from view (existing but not published). 12. The institutional section is "classic". For example, there are the menus "who we are", "what we do", "customers", "contacts" and more. New entries can be later added, deleted, or modified. 13. Text and content in general, will be later introduced by us. 15. Website design is ready and we have developed it on Joomla 2.5 already. 16. The graphics should be appealing and on the scope of our business. 17. (It is also almost ready but little slight modifications) Website will allow to search and apply filters, to date, words in the title and tags", but I specified that the search will also be possible using word in the text (in txt, doc, xls, pdf documents). Business Model: Service over year over year. The web site is mainly intended as the main channel for delivery daily data to our costumer (reserved area). The structure ideally is 5/8 pages to promote our company services plus a strong reserved area. Appealing grapchic is key for contact coming from commercial scouting. More info: We sell data. We are monitoring the ocean of the public big data to get only price sensitive data for our customers. Any image able to represent this idea is welcome. We want to propose a professional image of a company running a tipical b2b business based on high level marketing reasearch expertise (I'm well known on italian media and market) plus solid it infrastructure to serve crawling and data analysis (we are an Autonomy software owner and user).
