Wordpess dirctory site with custom php

We are looking for a talented designer who will build us a service directory in Wordpress. Very very similar to [login to view URL] dot com ABOUT THE SITE The site needs to be in wordpress with a responsive theme for mobile/tablet users. The site will have text alerts when a job is placed/emailed The site will have custom php to email jobs/reminders and closing emails The site will have the option to have a bidding auction for jobs posted with multiple applicants There will be an extensive admin area for listings that shows Visitor stats so they can manage their profile CORE SKILLS You MUST show us examples of your custom coded wordpress plugins and custom coded themes. You MUST show us an example of a directory website that you have built in Wordpress and outline which WP template you will recommend as the basis of the site. You MUST be able to flesh out a DETAILED functionality document showing how everything will work You need to be able to write clean code.
