HELP WITH OVERFLOW DESIGN PROJECTS

Hello and thank you for your interest in this project. We work with clients to create amazing branded items such as logos, corporate identities for small and medium-sized businesses (specializing in small organizations primarily however) stationery design, websites, document formatting, etc. and from time to time we have the need for overflow assistance from freelancers. Right now is one of those times, and I'm looking for someone with some time available to help with a starter project that will involve updating and modernizing a website. What we need from you will be: 1. Initial discussion of the objectives. This will involve information gathering for you to complete the most accurate design possible. I'll be providing a basic creative brief, and this particular project has an established logo in place already. 2. Mockup and design. Illustrator or Photoshop is fine, but these are the only acceptable programs please. If you're not comfortable with this process, this project is not for you, thank you for respecting that. I work with CS6 and CC versions, and you should work with at least CS5.5 if not later versions. For this project, we'll need to design a layout for the homepage, gallery page and inner pages that will have basic content. You do not need to design or build every page. Just the design of the three different types of pages will be fine, and submit the creative files. Specifically, the following will be needed: A. Design process for new homepage including concepts, revisions and discussion, then final working file. B. Same for inner content pages and the photo gallery. C. Mobile mockup for the responsive aspects of the same site. 3. Comfortable working as a subcontractor. Working as a subcontract freelancer is not for everyone, I understand and respect that. I would ask that you understand and respect that the client projects we'll be working on are my clients and you will not be able to use the work we do together for your public portfolios online or offline. I'm happy to write letters of recommendation and speak as your client, but the creative works are considered work for hire and not for use without prior discussion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 4. Dropbox. You should be familiar and comfortable using Dropbox please! Not critical of course, but it's a great tool and I use it for all aspects of my workflow. So, in all, as you can probably tell by now, I'm looking for someone to help with this one specific website DESIGN update (the development of the design is not part of this project, we will do that), but I'm also seeking someone to work with on further projects like this, so the right "fit" is important to me for sure, and I'm hopeful that it will be to you as well. ****Please send examples of your work and any comments on this outline to show that you've read and understood what I'm looking for in this project please.
