Aviation Charter Website

I need to produce a company website for an aviation charter start-up. Attached is a written brief for what is required. Included in the attachments is an example of an existing website which has the correct type of structure required. The structure should be similar but not exactly the same. In addition, once I have selected a freelancer, I will also provide large images for the header images: NO FLASH is wanted nor required, this is a slider only. I will also provide the necessary text for the home and sub-page. You will need to: 1. Prove that you understand the brief. 2. Only a 20% milestone will be paid upfront for the completion of the front page 3. You must be able to do html and php NOTE: --------- 1. I have calculated the price according to my own company's pricing structure. There will be no "extra money" entertained unless changes are brought into the project. Do not simply set-up a price to win the project and then negotiate later. Read the brief!! There is not a lot of work in this project. Graphic design is minimal and there are in effect only two pages. That is why it has been listed as a minor project. 2. Any submissions in less than 1 hour of posting will not be entertained. If you do so it simply means you did not read the brief and will thus not be chosen. 3. Before choosing your services I will need to check your portfolio and credentials.
