Build a lead generating website

I am a finance broker. I arrange finance for car loans, business loans, commercial loans but primarily for home loans. I want to build a website that will primarily generate leads. The Main Page It will mainly do this by offering to give the clients visiting my site 3 comparisons straight to their inbox in 60 seconds. Visitors will answer about 10 questions mostly from drop down 2 answer menus this will include name, email, phone number and postcode(zip code). Please look at [login to view URL] The loans will be filtered by 1. Owner Occupied OR Investment 2. Variable OR Fixed 3. Loan amount ( In the background this will be filtered by < $250k, < $500k, < $750k and > $750K) So a program or script or algorithm will need to be written to allow this to happen. it will choose 3 products from a database that you will set up. 2 product will be the lowest rate and 1 will be from the the 4 major banks in Australia( CBA, W’pac, NAB and ANZ). If their are more than 3 loans with the same rate it should randomly pick the loans that qualify. For example if the lowest rate is 3.9% from ANZ and the next best rate is 3.94% from cba, w’pac, nab. The program will randomly choose two from cba, w’pac and nab. The database: The database will be setup by you. Apart from the fields that will be used to filter the loans, there will be other fields that will need to be inputed, i will give you the fields. if you know someone that can input this information that would be great otherwise i will find someone to do it. There will be about 200 loans. Because interest rates change i need to have the ability to go in and change the rates myself. So once the client inputs the information, when they press the submit button they will automatically receive an email from us with a welcome letter and a pdf that has 3 recommendations. I will also receive an email stating the clients name and all their requirements. The website will also have other lead generating features. Free Property Report I will offer free property reports. This will be a static form that gives me the information that i need to get a property report for the client. Car Loans This will also have a blurb about car loans, it will also have an enquiry form below that the client will complete. This information will be then emailed to me. Comercial loans This will also have a blurb about commercial lending, it will also have an enquiry form below that the client will complete. This information will be then emailed to me. This information will be then emailed to me. Personal Loans This will also have a blurb about Personal loans, it will also have an enquiry form below that the client will complete. This information will be then emailed to me. Calculators Another feature of the website is it will have a calculator tab that will have various calculators to allow the client to see the repayments and various other calculations relating to loans. please see my website www.themortgagedirectory.com.au. These calculators are leased by me and i can give you the codes. You do NOT need to build calculators but i want a button on each calculator page that will take them to the relevant enquiry page. For example all the home loan calculators will have a button that takes them to the main comparison page. The car loan calculator will have a button that will take them to the car loan page. Other info I like a clean look The website will have all the other normal pages like about us, contact us, testimonials The site must be mobile compatible the site will work and look good on all Browsers Is it possible to build the website so it is more responsive to SEO marketing I will also be guided by you as the expert.
