I need a community website. It should have: 1- Member registration form. 2- Paid and free membership 3- It will have worldwide users so there is need to have country page and may be state page under that country. 4- there should be a home page with important news, new members, updated, classified ads for businesses, matrimonial ads and paid ads section. It should also have links to important sections like join now. 5- each country will have local news about those country. So when posting news, editor should have option to select multiple countries to display that news plus home page news 6- For each country and state we need to show position holders like chairman, president etc text under their images and contact details and social media links. 7-Audio section - to upload audio files, categorised by singers or producers. It can be in format of play lists categorised by genre. These files can be hosted on soundcloud or on website. 8- Video Section. This section will have video clips and we need to make playlists as in point 7. 9- News page. It will have multimedia news coming from all countries news. It will act as hub. We can sub divide this page in news categories like health, politics etc. 10- Home page will be loaded based on visitors geolocation/ip. However he will have a choice to change country. We have to enable cookie to remember his location. 11- each location home page will have news updates and contents based on that location. If there are no contents available then system will load default country contents. We will enable default country in system. 12- Matrimonial page. This page will have classified matrimonial ads displayed globally with filter options. 13- business directory page displayed featured ads on top and then latest ads on user country base. If no ads available for that country we can load default country ads. 14- contact us page. This page will have option to connect with default country position holders or specific country position holders. 15- Based on festival website should have option to change background image. 16- we need community wall as well, where members can post their contents and communicate with other members. 17- integration with social media handles to autopost news and images. 18- Paypal and Stripe integration for featured ads payments.

Just checked the requirement details and I am curious to know about your preferred technology stack for this project; Please let me know whether WordPress will be okay with your requirement or anything other? In case of WordPress, there are multiple plugins available which will be used for membership, payment processor integration, audio and video module,social media integration etc. And using plugin will cut off the requirement time and cost as well. Although I have sound expertise with Php, Cake Php, YII, Laravel, Code igniter, Javascript, NodeJS, Angular etc; I have started career since 2005 and since then I am working with custom Php, Laravel, Code Igniter etc; Also worked with front end components like latest version html, html5, responsive css, Bootstrap, javascript, jQuery etc; With angular 2,3,4,5,6 I have very strong hands and completed many simple to complex level projects on it; Please share your preference of technology and I will move accordingly.
