Create some designs a couple times per week for social media posts

Hi,
I'm looking for a long-term freelancer who can create some designs for me about 3 times per week.
They will be going on my company's social media pages and website.
Please note that at this time I am only able to pay 5eur per design, however, this price will increase once my company starts to see some profit (we just started in December 2017).
We are an eco-friendly company, and designs will be simple & fun to make.
I have attached some examples of our designs that we've used in the past, and I would like designs to be a similar style to them.
For this project, I'd like 2 photos made.
Photo 1 - To be of people (men, woman, and children) cleaning up a beach. So for example to have plastic bottles, bags, etc. laying on the sand. And the text for this photo to say "Let's take Responsibility".
Photo 2 - To be of two beaches.
The beach on the left should be of a man selling ice cream in an ice cream cart on a beach that's full of garbage and no people. And,
The beach on the right to be of a man selling ice cream in an ice cream cart on a beach that's clean, with lots of people, and customers buying his ice cream. And the text to say "Plastic Pollution and our Economy".
