Full-Time Graphic Designer For T-Shirt Designs

Hello, we are a company based in Germany. We’re on the t-shirt market for over one year and sold already more than over 500 t-shirts on many different platforms. Now we want to build a bigger design team and we’re looking for 2 new employees to join our young and creative company. WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR: - We’re looking for a full-time (40 hours / week) graphic designer or illustrator. - You need to ONLY be working for us. - You do your own designs and you start them by sketching - Using Photoshop, Illustrator or any other graphic software - A bit knowledge in Trademark and Copyright (we teach you more) - Google Drive (for the workspace) - Responsibility - Good English Communication (or German but not necessary) WHAT ARE WE OFFERING: Fixed Monthly Salary + Bonuses (Depending on the work done) Individual salary depending on you for example monthly salary can go from $300 to $700 depending on the work. We want to pay you biweekly. Long business relationship (at least 1 year or 2) Learning from one of the leading worldwide t-shirt sellers Easy communication via Slack, FB Messenger, Google Drive We also don’t require a minimum daily number of designs! The quality of the designs is much more important than the number of designs you can create daily. 10 really good designs are better than 20 bad designs. We constantly compare the work of our designers. YOUR TASK: As we only want to work with the best designers, we want you to do a little task for this job. If you made it to the next round we will sent you two ideas of t-shirts, you will have to create those two ideas (yourself and unique) and send them to us.
