Health Product Logo/Label Design

This should be a very easy project for someone who knows what's she doing. I need a label designed for a health supplement. The product name should also be turned into a simple logo to be used on the label. The label should be stylish, elegant, modern and yet induce a sense of trust. It should as well look "commercial" All texts will be provided. The size of the label is 2.25" x 6.375". 5amples are provided to give you a better idea of what's required. Sample1 is the format that will be used. Sample2 will give you an idea of how much freedom you have in being creative when designing the product logo.
