Illustrator Mock Up For Charity

Photoshop and Illustrator required. I just need a quick and easy mock-up of a virtical banner for a small charity lottery. This is just a sample to show them what can be done. So im thinking $10 is a good budget or maybe even $5. I have 3 pictures of cars. A charity logo and an picture of a kid in a wheelchair. I need this all layed out on 33wx54 high in illustrator in a pleasing way (I.e. vingnette or something) with the words "Car Draw Here" somewhere. If you do well on this quick one you will be considered for the real work later. I have until 17th to get it done but would like it earlier. I would like the final file in illustrator 8 and jpg. Quick selection, easy requirements, low stress, fast pay!
