Mobile development

I need a mobile site. I would like it designed and built. We want to hire a mobile developer for long term projects. it is our first project on freelancer.com, so we want try with small project. We need appx. 7 screens app (user signup, sign-in, graph/chart screen, selection criteria screen, data screen, video display screen etc). The app should support Windows PC v8.1 and above , iOS, android and Windows mobile. To support these platforms we want based on Apache Cordova ([login to view URL] based) + nodejs + Mongodb. Deliverables includes source code, app installation script for all layers and documentation for settings such as ports, urls, db connection strings etc needs to be changed for Dev, test, prod.
