Job description Exceptional creativity and innovation Excellent time management and organisational skills An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines Study design briefs and determine requirements Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Prepare rough drafts and present ideas Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design Test graphics across various media Amend designs after feedback Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus Candidate preference detail. Expensive experience with illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation working knowledge of css3 html5 and JavaScript. UI/UX design & development knowledge (mandatory). 4+ years in professional commercial design, preferable with a marketing or creative agency Experience working with word press templates Adaptive design eye skills Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and client.
