One Page Order form with Paypal Integration

I am looking to create a simple order form with paypal integration. It is a one page order form which will allow the customer to select the quantity of each product. I should easily be able to add more products via modifying the HTML. (e.g. add a new colour widget) however I do NOT require a CMS or backend. The total cost is calculated according to the following pricing structure to the total number of widgets: 0-400 widgets: $12 per 100 widgets 500-900 widgets: $11 per 100 widgets 1,000-9,900 widgets: $9 per 100 widgets 10,000 widgets + : $8 per 100 widgets Example: if someone orders 200 red, 100 blue, 200 gold - they should be charged at $11 per 100 widgets i.e. $55. The customer will then need to choose a shipping option of which there will be 2 options. One will be free and the other will cost $4.95. The order flow should be as follows: Customer chooses products > Customer chooses shipping option > Customer is forwarded to Paypal to make payment > Once payment has been made a confirmation email is sent to the customer and to the admin > Customer is returned to website – That’s it! On the thank you page I need to send the total order amount to a google conversion code. Please send me a quote.
