Refresh our Company Design with a new lovely stylish

We are an Italian company and we love beauty and design. We provide worldwide video chat solutions by the cloud and we need a new website. I would like to refresh our corporate website with a new graphics, responsive and html5. We are looking for a talented web designers who can support us in this project. The contents of the new will be for the 95% the same of our current site ([login to view URL]) plus 1 area and the final menu will be: -Home -Why Inventia -Technology -Products (change name-> actually named Solutions) -Solutions ( a new page: we describe our vertical solutions) -Customers -Contacts Optional page-> -News (new page -optional in case it cost too much--> we ll love a page connected to Twitter where we can update news of our company. not a wordpress blog page) Our example of site is [login to view URL] -> clean, professional, essential, simply to be surfed. We need to have a mock up design and to have a talented designer to have a really lovely european style design. Site must be in html5, responsive and it ll integrated our Video Chat web Widget to provide support and customer service. IMPORTANT: We not need any kind of CMS (wordpress or others) and site could be also static. What we need a complete site (so not ask us if we do design). The need to replace our site (it's in wordpress) with a new one (although it could be static) IMPORTANT: The proposal you ll do must be the final one and not a place holder proposal.
