Service oriented website and mobile app

Hello !! We are planning to launch a service oriented platform specially B2C (business to customer) service based in web as well mobile app. Initially it would be focused towards automotive service later we’ll integrate other fields. In brief workflow or motive would be such as – • We’ll have already registered service engineer/mechanic/service centres etc. which provide services in field of automotive especially in light weight motor vehicle. • In other side there would be open customer who required these services in their locality and scope. • In case of need customer will visit web site or mobile app and search service provider. • Customer will have to search based on issue as well as location. • System (web site/app) will display filtered result as per data available. • Customer won’t have any option to make direct call, just need to connect using system to make contact to any service provider. • Promptly system will forward the message to service provider. • Simultaneously the selected service provider will get the message or call on his mobile as well as preferred email id. • If service provider accepts the call then get the customer details for further communication. • Now if customer and service providers agreed mutually to go ahead then service provider send their mechanics or bring customer vehicle in their garage for the service. • Finally service provider can charge as per solution. So here first phase completed as per service required now there would be other steps for the customer as well service providers, such as – • System will make a review for that service in term of predefined questionnaire. • On that basis of review, ranking would be generating for the customer service. • In other end system will ask specific questionnaire to service providers such as cost charges and solution applied. • That means each and every details would be logged in the system. Now the time of earning revenue – • Google ad words • Particular ad • One time joining fees • Renewal fees • Premium listing fees • Specific percentage on each service provided to customer for one year only The above said brief details are just an overview about the project or business proposal. Now we need a detailed answer for the below listed queries as – 1. Do you believe is this a correct business plan, if yes then how can we make better or if not then what would be the steps to make it correct. 2. We’ll launch website and mobile app separately but in beta version so need to give quotation for separate. 3. What would be the required modules or section as admin end, user end, front end etc? 4. What would be an initial budget for both web & mobile app (separately) distinguish wise e.g. logo, template, coding, testing, final deployment etc. 5. What would be the correct technologies and framework to develop this without making lots of investment or purchasing various licenses?
