Simple, minimalist layout design for printing

For a very simple card game I want an attractive layout for the rules (one page, 2 sided 5.5 x 8.5 inch) and postcards (one sided, 6inch x 4 inch) for printing. There are 3 graphic design outputs 1) the layout of the rules (text and simple diagrams) 2) the layout of the postcards with grid (text in a 4x4 grid with title - easy to read from a short distance) 3) the layout of postcards with a blank list for people to fill in with an erasable pen I am most interested in attractive design - it must be easy to read but also visually appealing. I am interested in fonts, and physical layout on the page, maybe using the simple illustrations i have attached below as you see fit. It is simple so i am thinking of minimalist on white background.
