Simple Web Page

1- Create a simple webpage with the following requirements: - accepts user input in the form of a text box - upon user selection of a submit button or other control, input data is processed in some way (e.g. capitalized, MD5 hash, reversed, etc) - processed data is displayed at the top of the webpage while preserving the original functionality for user input (clear text box) - each successive submission appends to the end of the data at the top of the page - each row of displayed data is accompanied by a delete button which can be used to delete that row - page should be usable on large screens and mobile devices with dynamic scaling if a browser window is resized - an additional user control should be available to sort the user input displayed at the top of the page and replace the old content with the new, sorted content 2- Using PHP, create a webpage with the following requirements: - page accepts user input and calls itself passing the input as well as some kind of operation directive (e.g. function name) via http POST - page processes POSTed user input in some way by calling an external shell script (preferably BASH) on the server that logs to server's filesystem - page returns processed input in some way 3 - implement textbox in js that performs predictive text based lookup (js array okay for data source, but db lookup preferred); textbox needs to have mask of the format XX-XXX-X-XXXX applied as input is typed; keycode 229 is returned for each keyup or keydown event in the target browser as well as for phantom events when js has been used to adjust the textbox value to add format mask (this behavior is common in some browser/soft keyboard combinations in Android)
