Front end - 1) Bring live chat on the home page 2) Make picked for you tab empty, it will only shows outfits suggested by stylist 3) Make a new Home Page 4) Add social media login during signup 5) Get Sign up Page first in Get started 6) Add image from facebook option in get started 7) Auto login to users, so that once user signs up he doesn’t have to sign in to get to the User home page for future visits, until he clears his cache and cookies 1) Remove shopping on the internet option and instead add brands that you wear Change the way Outfits look on the website 8) B. Back end 2) Add facebook pixel to the website to retarget bounced users 3) Give uid tracking to users and to stylists to track conversions of users and from which stylist 4) Make a wordpress blog or make customised blog ( whichever is cheaper ) it should look like fashion beans. And remove blog tab 5) Add tags to looks and products. Add search feature in backend and frontend 6) Option to download user data in Excel CSV fromat 7) Add filters in backend for easy suggestions by stylist 8) Make use of API’s to show products on the website, instead of manually adding them. If that doesn’t work manual adding of products has to be faster 9) Automated mails designed at every point, eg. When user signs up, when stylist suggests outfit to the user, , feedback message after suggestions are given etc 10) Improve Filter on the website for user to go through looks 11) Backend stylist should be able to see a users profile ( which will include his preferences , likes dislikes, his requests and the outfits suggested previously) 12) User Bundles and Bulk Looks suggesting feature as discussed when we met • Need to discuss how will multiple stylists suggest outfits to users. • Figure out a way to make the Web app smart. I want to automate the Website processes as much as possible , will discuss it next time we meet.
