Modify and customise an existing Volusion site

This is the Volusion site - [login to view URL] I am looking at upgrading and customising it. Part of the customisation includes taking the images currently available at the top of each category page and making those images background images. The images transparency will have to be adjusted to my liking. I am also looking for full initial SEO work to be done on the website. I will provide all the keywords and will accept suggested ones. Finally all work for the shop to be launched will have to be done including Paypal and Australia Post integration and testing of site before final launch. Minor changes such as font change will also have to be done. All the category and product work has been done but ongoing maintenance will be required and will be awarded to the freelancer awarded this project. This is a long term project with this part being the launch part only. I am looking for a freelancer who can work independently and will ask for critical/minimal assistance from me and can complete the job within 10 days. The chosen freelancer will be rewarded with ongoing work for the website maintenance and will receive glowing references. I am working on a tight budget so you will have to be competitive as well as reputable to win this work.
