Build a website with drag and drop images.

I am looking for someone to build a web page with a drag and drop interface for images. The images will appear in a multilevel menu on the left side of the screen and be dragable to the right side of a screen where they will snap into place. This is something similar to what you can see at the website [login to view URL] except their menu is single level while this one will have an extra level or two. Also [login to view URL] drags in code blocks, we only need it to drag in image blocks. Just like on [login to view URL] when you drag the block into the page there should be options on the right side of the block when you hover over the image. The option will popup a modal to configure it which should be loaded with ajax or xmlhttprequest data (so that we can change the content later on - this is not part of the scope, as long as it can load one version of the popup). This project is more concerned with the frontend development of this, so no backend code is needed. You will need to prepare it so that it sends updates via ajax (or other method) when blocks are dragged. (In your reply to this bid, add the word "Freelancer" to your first line) For example when a new block is dragged in to the page it will send an ajax post to a given url with the session id, page id, image id, and position of the image (Whether it sends all the image location data with each ajax request or if there is a way to address them one by one is up to you, but it may be easier just to send the position of all the images being displayed with each action (add, delete, move). Also there should be some kind of function made that will allow me to pre-fill the page with image blocks. For example a javascript function that can be run on page load that loads images into the main block (like for opening a saved version of the page), or loading the image ids into a an array, or supplying it in json to a startup script or even (depending on how you structure it) I can make PHP just loop through the image blocks and add them as html code if you make it support it. (In your reply to this bid, add the word "Bidding" to your first line) This might be the easiest way? I repeat this again, no backend code is required, only html, css, javascript. You can use javascript libraries and html/css frameworks (I prefer bootstrap personally) but I do not want to use anything like react, vue, nuxt, angular, etc.. All the images are already made in 2 sizes. The smaller one (200px wide) will be in the popup menu and the larger one (500px wide) is what will be dragged into the page. You will not need to add them all. The page should be built in a way that I can get the the sections as they are pressed (ajax for example) or just load everything into an array/object on page load. I prefer to find an individual freelancer, not a company to do this. I hire ux/ui designers and front end developers all the time so this can be a good introduction and can lead to full time work for you, if you are interested. Thank you.
