HTML5 Application

We need an experienced HTML programmer to build a new app we have designed. We will do all grapghics and cut up all images for you. You will work to place images on top of each other and call some external files and data. We will provide all graphic files, designs and external data. You will program it, test it, etc. Also: -must either speak spanish or english -must be located in US, Central America or South America ONLY (no other locations will be reviewed) -must be available and working during 10am to 7pm mid Atlantic time (Buenos Aires) -must be available 5 days per week for 2 months -must be available via skype during that time -must have excellent references and portfolio -please bid your cost per hour Please only submit your bid if you meet ALL of these requirements, if not it will be deleted.
