Design Colourfully Printed Running Vests

We are a startup looking to create colourful running vests and require a fashion designer to design our vests. We are looking for someone with experience in the fashion industry, with experience specifically in the sportswear industry desired but not essential. Please do not apply if you have not worked in the fashion industry as you will not be considered. The job required is to design colourfully printed running vests. For this project we would like a suite of designs, the first of which should be based on the print on the leggings attached. For our first design, we essentially want the print on the leggings to be transferred to a running vest. We have provided a basic flat running vest template but feel free to use other appropriate templates. We would like this first design in two different colour schemes, one for men, and one for women. After this first design is created are we are happy with it, we would like further designers, similar to the first. We shall provide more details on what we exactly want for these further designs when it comes to it. In total we are looking for a designer to design four different printed vests, each design having a different colour scheme for men and women. We are happy for our designs to be hand illustrated and then digitalised if this produces a good result. The designs should be provided in an Adobe Illustrator or other suitable format to be sent to manufacturers. We are currently in dialogue with potential manufacturers, and most of them produce a fairly standardised running vest, but further requirements like a basic tech pack may be required.
