Sales guru to populate & promote Auctions & Classifieds

We have a newly created area (added to our existing 500 page website) offering Classifieds and Auctions in the field of Waste Recycling. The classified and auctions can be used for Waste Recycling related equipment, services, information, resources, business opportunities, jobs, new ideas, inventions, new processes in the field of waste recycling and much more. It is programmed with high powered well proven software for many years now which results in a great customer experience and very user friendly. We need somebody to begin populating the site with legitimate free ads. Everything is free however upon a successful auction our fee is $% up to a maximum $200. A majority of the products sold will reach the $200 max. We will pay hourly and will also pay a percentage of the sales from the Classifieds and Auction area. Classifieds are free but can generate income if the advertisers elect to add extra images or bold print etc to their adds. We have really good traffic and are considered by the search engines to be an authoritative website so a little creativity could go a long way. As long as you are producing results for the hours spent we will keep the project going.
