LInk Building for My Ecommerce Website Increase SERPS

I would really like a team to manage the SEO of my site and track the rankings all together. I don't have the time to really keep track of it and really want my site to do better organically. My magento ecommerce site is an older domain (2006) and we've done some SEO throughout the years. But it seems we just have gotten stuck and not moving very much in serps. We have done some work on these key terms before and are ranked at least within 100 if not lower but just have gotten stuck.
