REMOVE NEGATIVE COMMENT WEB PAGE ON A SITE I DO NOT OWN

There are five websites that contains negative comments about our company. I want the web page to be removed but the owners of the websites refused to remove it and their website host would not respond to my request. I need the comments on that url to be completely removed or made not to ever appear again even if someone types in that same url in an address bar or a search engine. CAN YOU DO THIS? Tell me how you'd do this to convince me that you can do it. If I am convinced that your process looks logical, I'd award the project to you.
