SEO onsite/offisite for 70 pg static site, quick turn around on initial work

On and off site white hat SEO. Important: we need quick turnaround of onsite work. We need plan of expected onsite and offsite work and reports showing what work has been to done immediately to achieve future results. Work to begin immediately on acceptance of freelancer and onsite expected to be completed in a few days. Please be sure you have time for this project and good communication. We expect regular updates. For a static html website of about 70 pages. the majority are product pages with a picture and a short description. Changes in content for SEO will need to be pre-approved by us. We need keyword analysis done. Google analytics already in place 1 year. Expected keywords will be close to cast stone pots, cast stone urns, cast stone, planters, concrete planters, urns, garden ornaments. Keywords will always be for organic results no ppc. Company targets the US market only. All onsite work to be done first. Onsite white hat SEO, link building, back linking, directories, keyword based alt word descriptions for pictures, all the meta basics completed to Google parameters (title, description, keywords, header etc.) SEO optimization of emphasized keywords, header tags, link anchors, internal linking, javascript and CSS, non-indexible attributes. Site map submission to google(xml), yahoo(text), etc. etc. These are just examples of outr expectations. We need the entire site SEO’ed – Expect you to know what all that entails. This job does NOT include writing articles or major content. No spammy links or odd directories. After initial onsite and offsite establishment work is completed we expect (future – not included in this bid) ongoing monthly work with be fixed for 3 months and then paid on results and ranking.
