Corporate Entry Level - Catering Assistant

District Taco is looking for a driven candidate with customer service experience and high attention to detail to fill the entry-level Catering Assistant position within their corporate team. An ideal candidate will assist in running the Catering Department with potential to grow in a start-up style environment. The main responsibilities for this position include: -Responding to/fulfilling catering requests in a timely manner -Communicating with clients over the phone and via email -Assisting with clerical/administrative tasks -Logging/Responding to customer feedback -Ensuring restaurants have sufficient catering materials Qualifications/Experience: -Must have strong written and verbal communication skills -Fluency in English required, knowledge of basic Spanish a plus -Must have a valid driver's license -Ability to exercise good judgement and discretion in handling confidential information -Thrives in fast-paced work environment -Organizational skills sufficient to prioritize work and complete tasks quickly and accurately -Computer Skills (required) -Typing (over 35 WPM) -Proficient experience using Microsoft Office software (Word & Excel) -Google: Gmail, DOC, Calendar (Preferred) -Education: -Associate/Bachelor's degree required -Customer service and/or sales experience (1+ years preferred): -Food service experience (6+ months preferred): -Understanding/Meeting food health and safety expectations -Ability to recognize and adhere to high quality standards To apply, please reply to this post and submit your resume.
