Help us setup Facebook ads

We are a small real estate investment company. We have created a funnel to educate our prospective clients about our product. Our goal is to get our clients interested in investing with us We need to track people using our funnel. We use ClickFunnels to create the funnel. We use ActiveCampaign to followup with our clients and we use Facebook to drive traffic to our site. We have had a simple Facebook ad up and running for a day. We have the Facebook pixel installed using Google Tag Manager, have Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics installed on our ClickFunnels site, and are getting some traffic from the ad (Facebook says we are getting some clicks). That said, we don't see any "conversions" registered on the Facebook site or traffic registered in Google Analytics Clearly, we need some help to make sure everything is connected correctly. This project would consist of a couple steps 1.) Review our current implementation and provide feedback on if it is done correctly and what changes need to be made 2.) Coach us on edits. Our goal is to be able to do simple Facebook ads ourselves. 3.) After we get this project up and running, we would like advice on how to take these ads to the next level. We will award someone that work and will use our experience working with you to help us determine our next steps.
