Research to find CRM best for my small company, working on Macbook Pro and Iphone 11.

I need a CRM that works on the Iphone 11 & computer. It needs to have an autodialer, predictive one if possible. Needs an auto texting, Auto Voicemail drop, email, campaigns for email, texting and calling. I own a company with just me, and probably need 2 people or users and upgradable to 5 or 10 etc users. My company Has a list of people and businesses who are owed money from unclaimed funds. We Find the money and where it is at, and who it belongs to. Usually State Treasury, or county treasure, etc. We work on money owed from $1,000 owed to $1 Million owed to one person or company. Many companies and people are owed many claims. We track where the money is held, then as I said, research and find the owners contact info, text, email, phone, etc using Skip Tracing programs. We then call 1-10 phone numbers per person trying to find the correct phone number. We then Work with them and we get their money back to them. We don’t need to worry about do not call lists, as we are not selling anything and we are tracking down people who are owed money and the money is in a trust account waiting for them to get it. Some times it is taxes, or insurance refunds which the check came back to the entity who sent it and they couldn’t find the person it belongs to, so it is then sent to Unclaimed Funds with the state, etc. I want to be able to download lists in CVS to excellent or sheets on google docs with the owners information and then import it to the arm and have the arm e-mail, text and also be able to autodial and me to answer and set start the call on my cell phone. I have100 leads to put in right away, and can put up to 10 Million leads. I need to be able to send multiple text campaigns and email campaigns and auto drop voice mail to their voicemail with out calling them. And to have a predictive autodialer to call them when I am available to Call or have an assistant call.
