iPad app

I am looking to get a very simple app coded - I have done the design already and have detailed PSD's. The idea is the you enter your nationality and gender when you start the app for the first time and it retreives from a list that I have made, the average life expectancy for yourself. Then it will display a large analog clock with your lifespan (like 1987 to 2074) and small holes next to each year. You can then drag a pin into any of these holes to create a milestone for that year - a notepad will be below the clock which will display the info - eg. March 21 1987 - I was born. or September 2015 - I want to buy a Mustang. It should be quite simple to code. I can show images after receiving interest.
