Phonegap plugin for image resize and crop

We are looking for a Phonegap 2.9 plugin to crop and resize images. Plugin will accept any DestinationType from the Phonegap Camera API then allows the user to crop an image. After the crop has been completed the image will be resized using native code, not javascript. Plugin will return the image in a base64 string or store the image to the device, similar to Camera.DestinationType. Cropping will allow user to scale a box with their finger and pick area for crop. The crop selection box will be fixed to an aspect ratio determined in the options. Cropping screen must handle orientation change gracefully on both device types. All options must be configurable via javascript not hard coded into plugin.
