iPhone app developer required

I'm looking for someone to build a reasonable simple iPhone app. It's basically a "flash card" word learning app for babies. I have about 15 sections with a total of about 600 images so far. Some basic preferences - swipe / tap / edit order Voice over preferences. It requires in app purchase. I would like it to work on the iPhone 5 retina iPhone4 I would like to be able to expand the library and do it for the ipad in time So hopefully some repeat work. I have all the assets prepared and a developers licence. I'm not in a real hurry but it would be good to get it done by the end of September.
