Temporary solution!, why?. I do not understand why would you waste your money for every month. There must have a better way to post videos on app from Vimeo along with exercises with a minimum impact on cost and timeline. As we should go for a Cloud to upload videos and exercises to app remotely. All uploaded exercises and videos will be reflected to the app at a screen loading time or there will have a refresh button in app to do this job(whatever you would suggest). Through this process user can see the updated exercises and videos without updating their app from App Store. Other hand, I am free for adding content at every month and I can do this quickly. But the disadvantage is user needs to update their app at every month after completing my work and you need to be bear a cost at every month as well. Also an another temporary solution: Please provide me the source code, then when I'll add exercises and videos through Xcode, I will make a video on that process and create a documentation. So, this will help you a lot to understand about the work flow. From the next time you can do this yourself.
